This flat had the toilet separate from the bathroom and sink. the kitchen was just about big enough for one person and there was no living space and wasted space having 2m2 dedicated as a separate hallway just for the toilet. Now the toilet shower and sink are all in one room and the bedroom is a separate room from the living room which the new tenants will get a lot more use out of.

Along with moving the walls and dropping the ceiling for spotlights, the house has been completely rewired and replumbed; received a new boiler, and rads; plastered and painted and tiled in a continuous fashion throughout
