RESIDENTIAL FULL HOUSE RENOVATION

SE28 Thamesmead

Scope of work:

3 bedrooms-We removed all the popcorn ceilings, updated all the lights, and painted everything. We ended up going with a very dark blue to give the rooms a richer feel and freshened up the white as this makes the space look bigger

2 bathrooms-We replaced the damaged floor, installed an extra waterproof layer on the floor, and to make the most of the space we moved all the plumbing into the wall, and where we couldn't we took the wall all the way up and installed tiled recessed shelving using an old cabinet that we repurposed from the old bathroom. And to open up the space we put in custom-cut mirrors.

1W/C-Repaint and applied new silicone

Staircase-One of the main things the client was excited about was having wall paneling along the staircase and they're very happy with how it turned out, all the panels are equally spaced and aligned with the landings, and the cleaned-up staircase and rich dark blue paint turned the staircase into one of the main features of the house.

Hallway-The hallway we again removed all the popcorn ceilings, new electrics, and laid laminate on the first floor which spans across the living room to the bedroom in one piece

TESTIMONIAL

"Great guys! They managed to do everything we looked to get done in our new house, And we have asked them already if they can do our kitchen next"
